Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY == SCHEDULING & PAYMENTS == Services must be booked in advance via website, phone, or email. A deposit may be required for certain services. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Invoice (for approved clients). == CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING == Cancellations require at least 7 days' notice to avoid fees. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be billed the full amount. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in advance. == ACCESS TO PROPERTY == Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If no one is present, clients must arrange for entry. If entry is not possible upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled, and fees may apply. == SERVICE SCOPE & LIMITATIONS == Our cleaning services cover general cleaning as per the booked service type (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out). Additional services must be requested in advance and may require extra fees. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, and clients must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion. == SATISFACTION GUARANTEE == If any aspect of our service does not meet your expectations, notify us within 24 hours. We will address the issue promptly. == LIABILITY & INSURANCE == Our company is insured for work-related damages or accidents. Clients are responsible for securing valuables before service. == TERMINATION OF SERVICES == Either party may cancel recurring services with proper notice.
